Attendee Refunds
Thank you for your patience as we work with our registration partner to provide helpful and concise information about registration refunds for Delivering Solutions 24 (AHCA/NCAL Annual Convention & Expo).
- Credit card refunds will be processed by Friday, November 8.
- The week of November 4th, the lists of those who paid by check and ACH (Direct AHCA Pay) will be compiled and submitted for processing. If you have not received a refund by the end of November, please contact AHCA Support.

Health and Safety Protocols – updated Summer 2024With health and safety remaining a priority for our attendees and the residents they serve, we ask that the following be observed:
Being up to date with vaccines is preferred for all registered attendees.
Masks are worn at the discretion of the attendees.If you experience symptoms of a respiratory illness while onsite at the event, please wear a source control mask when around others indoors. Consider self-quarantine in your hotel room for 24 hours until symptoms resolve. If needed, please contact AHCA/NCAL staff (
meetings@ahca.org) for a COVID-19 test kit.
Follow all state, local, and private business health and safety measures that may be in place.
