Attendee Refunds
Thank you for your patience as we work with our registration partner to provide helpful and concise information about registration refunds for Delivering Solutions 24 (AHCA/NCAL Annual Convention & Expo).
- Credit card refunds will be processed by Friday, November 8.
- The week of November 4th, the lists of those who paid by check and ACH (Direct AHCA Pay) will be compiled and submitted for processing. If you have not received a refund by the end of November, please contact AHCA Support.

Convention Attendees, Vendors and Speakers:We are working through how refunds will be processed for registration, booths and sponsorships. Information will be forthcoming in the coming weeks.
Below is information on how HOTEL RESERVATIONS will be handled due to the forced cancellation of the DS24 in Orlando.
HOTELS – Hyatt Regency Orlando, Hilton Orlando, Rosen Centre and Rosen Plaza
ATTENDEES IN ORLANDO: If you are already here and checked into a hotel room within our hotel block then you will need to call the front desk of your hotel and let them know what date you will be checking out. You should not be charged an early checkout fee. Please let your hotel know as soon as possible your checkout date.
ATTENDEES WHO HAVE NOT TRAVELED YET: If you HAVE NOT ARRIVED in Orlando then your hotel reservation within our hotel block has been canceled, and you should not be charged a cancellation penalty.
