AHCA/NCAL Integrated Networks

The Provider-Owned Integrated Network model is owned by a network of independent long-term care and post-acute care providers. It aims to innovate care delivery, manage population health, and expand value-based reimbursement. This network negotiates with payers using quality metrics developed by its members, increasing contract options. Additionally, it focuses on clinical improvement and offers various support, such as staff resources and quality improvement tools. Provider-Owned Integrated Networks currently operate in 10 states and will soon expand to more.
